Moringa Seed Oil has remarkable properties because of its high monounsaturated oleic acid content, therefore very moisturising for dry and mature skin, yet does not feel oily. It protects the skin and is a very good anti-oxidant.

• MORINGA SEED OIL
  is extracted by pressing the seeds of Moringa oleifera tree, also called the Drumstick tree. This tree is native to the Himalayan foothills of northern India and cultivated throughout the tropics. Moringa Olifeira grows long pods which contain the precious seeds and once matured are processed into 'Ben Oil' or 'Behen Oil'. The name derives from a very high content in behenic acid which helps the oil resist rancidity for a long period of time and is highly valued in perfumery for being able to capture and hold the most delicate scents.
  In skin care it has remarkable properties because of its high monounsaturated oleic acid content, therefore very moisturising for dry and mature skin, yet does not feel oily. It protects the skin and is a very good anti-oxidant.
  In Egypt it was used to make medicinal ointments and salves and to protect the skin from the desert environment. A daily skin treatment for wrinkles and sun damage combined gum of frankincense and ground Cyprus grass mixed with fermented plant juice. A venerated oil, vases of moringa oil were found inside ancient tombs.
• SEA BUCKTHORN
  has been traditionally used for a wide range of skin ailments and is revered for its nourishing, regenerative, and restorative actions. The pulp of the berries is a powerhouse, containing lots of vitamins (E, C, B1, B2, K), minerals, essential fatty acids and phytosterol. It as an exceptionally nourishing oil for dry skin and has the ability to promote the regeneration of skin cells.
• STARFLOWER OIL
  helps your skin to retain moisture, aids faster cell regeneration and softens your skin beautifully. The high levels of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) will help restore the barrier function of your skin and act as an anti-inflammatory that can soothe dry skin and itchiness. It also helps to fight the loss of skin elasticity  and firm the skin.
• I use pure ORGANIC ROSEHIP SEED OIL, which is a wonderful hydrator and penetrates the skin immediately without leaving a greasy residue since it is considered a “dry” oil. Rosehip Seed Oil contains Vitamin E and C which has nearly equal percentages of Alpha-Linolenic and Linoleic Acids, a good source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids, trans-retinoic acid (precursor of Vitamin A) and therefore promotes collagen formation and increases elastin.
• In most people over forty CO-ENZYME Q10 levels start to sink, resulting in a lesser ability to produce collagen and other important skin molecules. Co-enzyme Q10 has exceptional antioxidant properties. Studies have shown that topical application can effectively counteract free radical damage and provide protection against UVA-induced depletion of cell membrane. This function helps to prevent damage to collagen and elastin production process and help to reduce the signs of ageing and appearance of wrinkles.

• My Face Oils contain only high quality specialist oils that support your skins' needs - I do not use any inexpensive base ingredients to bulk out the product. 
  My Tip: in general, the first 2 to 3 ingredients on a skin care product label are the main ingredients and have to be listed in highest to lowest amount used. For instance if you read sunflower oil, palm oil, fractionated coconut oil or even sweet almond oil as part of the first 2 to 3 ingredients, this would make the inexpensive and inferior bulk of a face oil.​
